"Todd and his team have been nothing short of amazing. We had a roof collapse from the heavy snow, and he calmly walked us through everything to get it fixed. Each time his first words were "Is everyone unharmed and safe?" Nothing about money or process, just wanted to make sure we were OK. This is why I have been with State Farm for over 35 years.
